Habemus Papam! Pope Leo XIV

 Brothers and Sisters,

 I wish to share my joy, peace and confidence in the news of the election of our new Holy Father, Cardinal Robert Prevost, who has chosen the name, Pope Leo XIV.  We rejoice at the singular honor of seeing the first Pope elected from the United States to lead the Universal Church.  In this Easter season of the Jubilee Year Pilgrimage of Hope, we call upon the Holy Spirit to guide our new Holy Father, Pope Leo, and look forward to the future with renewed faith, hope and love in Jesus.  May we be blessed and inspired with all graces as we pray for our Holy Father and assist him, to bring the Good News forth into the world. 

 Let us rejoice and be glad.  The Holy Spirit has answered our prayers.
