Hospitality Ministers – Ushers and Greeters

Those who serve in Hospitality are the face of welcome and care for persons new to the community, and a stable assurance of acceptance for long-term members. Hospitality Ministers fill in for the whole assembly in extending welcoming and belonging, even as he or she models how the whole community ought to behave when we assembly for the Eucharist. Hospitality Ministers greet, engage, affirm and offer assistance the community.

Hospitality Ministers primary function is serving the worshiping community by:

a. Extending hospitality to all those who come to worship

b. Smile and greet people warmly, using names as often as possible.

c. Participating as a member of the community

d. Assisting in emergencies, disruptions, and special circumstances
