Worship

In March 2020, due to the CoronaVirus Pandemic shut-down, the Diocese of Pueblo, along with the USCCB, cancelled all Masses, dispensing all parishioners from the Sunday obligation.  After several weeks, outdoor Masses were held in our parking lot.  In September 2020, in-person Masses within the church resumed with restrictions; the dispensation retained; and one Mass a weekend is Live-Streamed for those who are safer at home.

Weekend Masses are at 4:00 pm on Saturdays, and 8:00 am and 11:00 am on Sundays.  Entry Ministers assist with the implementation of Diocese, state and county health department guidelines to provide safety for those attending Mass in person.  Adrians Hall is utilized for overflow at each of the three weekend Masses with closed circuit television and the reception of Holy Communion.

We are an amazing parish because we create and nurture joyful disciples of Christ. A Catholic becomes an Intentional Disciple after recognizing they have been personally chosen by the Lord to enter an intimate relationship with Him. This relationship relies on the Holy Spirit and embraces a lifelong sacramental journey of prayer, service, evangelization and communally receiving Jesus Christ through Scripture and Eucharist. Thus, Intentional Disciples imitate Christ in everything they do on a daily basis.

Our Amazing Christ the King Parish offers many opportunities for ministry with the guidelines posted online.
DUE TO COVID-19 MOST MINISTRIES ARE NOT ALLOWED TO BE UTILIZED.  MINISTRY OPPORTUNITIES ARE WITHIN THE ENTRY TEAM, LECTORS AND CAMERA OPERATORS.
